Seen the other day in Aberdeen was the Edda Fjord, fitted with a walk to work gangway. This vessel was billed as the largest PSV in the world when it entered  service in 2002, but in 2004 it was modified as an accommodation ship by the addition of a large number of porto-cabins on the afterdeck, and went to work in West Africa, and elsewhere there-after.
