There are a couple of guys who come from Great Yarmouth who have charted the whole development of the offshore vessel since, as a very few of you may recollect, North Sea oil and gas exploration and development started off in the south and was based on the port of Great Yarmouth. So as well as supply vessels of one sort or another, there were seismic ships doing their stuff. This is the Arcadian Commander which is a seismic ship, probably capable of deploying one streamer, and may in a previous life have been an anchor-handler. since a reasonable level of power was required in order to pull the streamer along. Even in those days they extended for a couple of miles.

I don't have a date for this but probably in the 1970s taken by Ken Turrell and posted here on 11th March 2019.
