Rowan, the drilling rig owner, call their rigs after people working for their company, sometimes in quite humble roles, so somewhere out there Ralph Coffman is proud to have had a rig named after him. And the rig was built in 2009 at the LTI shipyard at a cost of $165,000,000. It can working water depths of up to 375 ft.
