The Crest Hydra, an air diving ship with 1 24 tonne crane owned by Pacific Radiance (Sounds more like a soap powder than a shipowner). They cram a lot into a 70 metre this these days. In this case 9000 bhp, DPII and berths for 60 people. It was built in 2015.
