Here is a fine looking small anchor-handler built in China in 2012 and owned by Holland Offshore Rederu. It is seen here entering Ijmuiden with a barge in tow recently. The photograph was taken by Jan Plug, who as I have said a number of times before, could keep this page going on his own.
