The PTNC-LAM-KINH a medium sized anchor-handler, typical of the offerings designed and built in the Far East, seen in Singapore. This vessel is owned by PTNC Marine which is an subsidiary of PetroVietnam the Vietnamese state oil company. According to the internet they won five other vessels. We see that the Far Fosna sold last week is on it sway to Vietnam. Could they be increasing their fleet size.
