Here is the semi-submersible Jack Bates being unloaded from a heavy lift ship in Australian waters in 2005. I think it may be still out there. It is unusual in that the riser is stored, or was designed to be stored, in the cylindrical structure in the middle  which would reduce them amount of lifting required to deploy it. However the existence of the cylinder presents problems relating to blowout safety, something they may not have thought of at the design stage. The anchor-handler in the photo is the Lady Caroline I think.
