This vessel the OSA Valiant was once the Balder Heide built in 1982

The UT 704 has had an inestimable impact on the offshore industry world wide. It set a whole new standard for anchor-handlers, and  14 were built in 1975 alone, the very fist to enter service being the Alder Supplier built in Finland. In those days they were light years ahead of anything else available. They directly contributed to the development of virtually every subsequent anchor-handler, and actually to the stern areas of deep sea tugs built subsequent to that date.
