Here is a ship, possibly anchored in Singapore at the time the photograph was taken, the brand new Walker Tide, maybe known as the Claudia while still on the stocks. It looks like a practical anchor-handler about 70 metres long built in China, but little more information available because Tidewater don't want to tell us.
