I remain grateful for the photographs being sent in, now by a limited number of contributors, due to the changes to the website, so I am enhancing the presentations using some of the vast numbers of images I have on file from previous years. This is a very large Bruce FFTS Mk4 anchor on the deck of a Maersk anchor-handler. Those with an interest in the work will be able to identify Triplex gear being used to trap and direct the mooring, equipment always specified by Maersk and the split roller allowing moorings to heaved in and paid out at the same time, and the tugger wires used to get the anchor into the centre of the deck.
